Reports are reviewed privately by Qubicweb Trust & Safety before any public advisory. Provide clear facts and optional evidence. Remove OTPs, PINs, passwords, and personal secrets. You can also document older fraud experiences for awareness, including cases that happened before Qubicweb existed, as long as the date is clearly stated.

Faster triage tips

  • Screenshots or receipts accelerate review.
  • Include payment channels, timelines, and amounts.
  • For historical reports, include the incident date and closest known time.
  • Identifiers are optional and reviewed-only.
  • Remove OTPs, PINs, passwords, and unrelated private details before upload.
