- You must not submit false, misleading, or malicious information; attempt to manipulate trust, ranking, or reporting systems; or interfere with platform security or integrity.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse or abuse is detected.
E-Fraud Watch reporting
- E-Fraud Watch allows users to submit reports of suspected fraud.
- By submitting a report, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, the report is made in good faith, and you understand reports may be reviewed, moderated, or shared with authorities where legally required.
- We do not guarantee outcomes or enforcement actions based on reports.
Content and intellectual property
- All platform content, branding, and design are owned by Qubicbox or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without permission, except where explicitly allowed.
Disclaimers
- Our services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
- Information provided through E-Fraud Watch or content platforms does not constitute legal or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Qubicbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Changes to terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
